Q – Can I change or cancel my order?

A – Yes. You can cancel your order before it gets shipped. The order cancellation can be done within 24hrs. of the order placement. You can also mail our customer service for assistance.

Q – Is there a minimum purchase amount?

A – No. You can easily place an order without having to think about a minimum order amount.

Q – Can I exchange an item?

A – yes. you can exchange your product only if it is not used and in proper condition. *applicable only on ready to ship products

Q – What to do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item?

A – Please return the faulty/incorrect item to us. We will offer you an exchange or return for it. (*applicable only on ready to ship products)

Q – How long for my delivery to arrive?

A – Our Endeavour is to get your order to you in the shortest possible time. Our standard deliveries take 4-7 days from the date of order confirmation for ready to ship products and 15-19 days for pre-orders.

Q – What are the shipping costs?

A – Shipping costs is INR 80 for prepaid orders and cod amount extra

Q – Can I track my order?

A – yes you can mail us your order number

Q – My parcel is damaged – what do I do?

A – Always check the parcel before accepting receipt of your delivery. Do not accept receipt of the parcel, if it turns out to have been damaged during transportation. The parcel will then be returned to us, and we will refund you the amount in DreamFashion4U account.

Q – I live outside India; can I place an order for a delivery in India?
